The boox doesn't just fade in sunlight: the text disappears, leaving a milky white nothingness. Sometimes the text partially disappears leaving you with the top half of a couple of lines. It's unreadable. It really isn't a minor issue for those whose readers have this bug. I'm not even sure that your flip-top cover would solve the problem: I intend being on the move with mine.
