I officially live in the Netherlands, but at the moment I live in Bolivia. I want the English version, and obviously there is no Bolivian publisher that has the book. So I would guess I would have to rely on a USA publisher. I would guess that a USA publisher would also have rights for all of the Americas for the English version (who else would). But most of the shops don't allow this. I only found ebooks.com that would sell me a USA edition of an ebook to Bolivia, but they don't have yours.
Why do we have to struggle with these 19th century concepts in this age of global communications?
