Update
I listened to the program, JSWolf suggested, this morning, when I came home from work.. I have wanted a smoke so many times during the day, and I have allowed myself to go and get one (they're still sitting here in the packet).. When I get to the packet, I ask myself if I want one, and then go "NAH!" and walk away...
I do not dare throw them out... Having them there gives me choices/options.
I think it was time... I hadn't really thought about it, but I didn't smoke on my way home in the car this morning (I always have at least 2)
