The caring profession is a job no different from a shop job. Empathy wears out as those practicing are overworked and underpaid. Every human has the right to have a bad day and is not immune to rebellion. They still are subjected to the "machine", the "industry". I'm sure that those fine people are subjected to that...thing at this moment. They'll come through...
