Yup, I did the same thing, blasted through all the Sharpe books, and also his Anglo Saxon books all about the same time over the end of last year.

I find Cornwell to be a very compelling writer, even when he gets a little formulaic.

Now if only Patrick O'Brian's Aubrey/Maturin books were available in ebook format, I'd be in heaven.
