Well, that one difference. 200Mhz have trouble dealing with some of the larger ePubs for one.
That could be a question of how the "power off" button signal everyone, of sleep mode on some component.
Bookeen taking such a long time to adapt firmware for the gen3 is probably a sign of how differents the two models are.
