Dang it...just after I posted.

5. Easily customizable screen savers instead of a hack! I'd much rather have pics of my nieces than dead authors!

And one other thought on the screensavers. I always thought it would be cool if the screensaver defaulted to the book cover of whatever you're currently reading. That should be an option/setting that is available and I think it would get a lot of use.
