Actually, no. As I read this:
1. He broke one -- and
paid for a replacement.
2. The replacement was a different model, used, when they promised a new unit of the same model.
3. He then broke another in circumstances in which Amazon said it should not have broken.
He's definitely hard on Kindles, but at most he only broke two of them.
