Hey xtreme50,

You might try my pdfreflow command line utility to convert a PDF into an HTML file, which you can use as an input file for Calibre. pdfreflow will resize all the tiny fonts into readable ones, as well as reflow the text in your ebook. You can read about pdfreflow in the PDF forum.
