ok, now this is bizarre... I emailed customer service saying I was disappointed I couldn't get it onto my reader and I wouldn't have purchased it to read on my computer (and I wouldn't, I'd rather have a hard copy of it instead)... and I just got an email back saying they are sending me a refund (after their page clearly says NO REFUNDS!). Ooooookay.
