I don't do well with tomato plants (which is why I only have one this year ) My roses do very well (no matter how many times I chop them down or prune them to skeletons). Go figure... It takes forever to dead head them and pick up petals and still they thrive! Anything else I plant, that I want to grow... just dies. I do have good luck with citrus trees in pots. I have grapefruit, orange, and tangelo trees.
|
hm, tangelo ! i'm not sure i know exactly what that is, but it sounds good.

to be honest, at this point, i'm not going to take any chances on anything other than cat grass, whose pre-programmed early death is apparently just part of the deal. hopefully someday i'll have a large and sunny balcony, and then i'll try the tomatoes again.

At least you have the Readers charged and ready to go. Just make sure you have extra candles.

I am giving old Clark a break. He needs facials and a little time for himself, poor soul.
All this avataring got me excited, so I got me a new one, while the mighty Gable gets ready for an encore.

you're quite right, after the life he's led, clark deserves a bit of peace and quiet from time to time. anyway i love your new one. i love la linéa.

They must all have lives. bugga! Wish I had a life!. Wait....This is my life. I wake up in the middle of the night wondering what is happening on MobileRead. Is there something wrong with me?
I mean other than my fear of clowns and inability to get through a day without a look in MobileRead. No no maybe you shouldn't tell me.
I can't handle the truth!
Maybe I should just stop this nonsense and actually read that bluddy Mysterious Island book on my reader. I did manage a few chapters yesterday.
OK Ok I know I am talking to myself. play a little more on MobileRead and then go read that book. Good plan. get another cup of green tea.
BYE for listening.

poor sneaky ! you can't help it if you're living in our future ! we love you anyway. we're working on that sleep-replacement pill that will let us stay up all night without going insane. bugga, it's trickier than we thought getting it right. the last batch led to the discovery of zzzzzzelda o'clock, and trust me, that always has some kind of side effects. depending on which side you see it from it can be ugly.

a tent ? is it the kind that you "build" by throwing it in the air and it magically lands in tent form 1 second later ? i'm only interested in those because they look like so much fun to throw. personally, i'm not too excited by the whole "sleeping out in the damp, cold, hard, lumpy nature where there are a lot of bugs" idea. send us a postcard though, when you do it.
