You could get an account on DropBox or SugarSync (free for up to 2 G storage), cut & paste your MR writings into a file in a word processor on your PC that is automatically backed up everytime your PC is on line.
Google them to see if they would work for you - I have SugarSync on all my PCs at home & at work.
