I'm a heavy random notes taker (eg. copy&paste quotes from books I'm reading, etc.) and I'm finding Corkulous to be a great replacement for the Notes app.

scratching on my screen with a rusty nail would be a good replacement for Apple's horrible notepad. but thanks for pointing to Corkulous. I checked out the demo video and it looks pretty slick. worth the $3 I'm sure, so I got it.
