This was a big selling point for me. I want wide access to books, and I don't want to do any conversion hokey pokey if I can avoid it. That also carries over to content. I won't buy iBooks, because they're tethered to Apple devices. When I switch to another tablet, I don't want to be forced to stick with Apple so I can keep access to my content.
