Personally, I don't really understand limiting purchases... but only because I don't really understand why anyone would want to hoard iPads, why anyone would pay black market prices for one, or why Apple would care, since they're still making their money.

Glad the woman got her iPad, though. Apple has no business refusing cash for any purchase, no matter how badly they want to track a product.
