Actually, I found that a DVD case was the perfect size as well but the plastic from the right side (the side that actually holds the DVD) was in the way. By the look of your picture it appears you cut out the left side. Does the "button" that holds the DVD on the right side not push on the screen?

I ended up using an old Daytimer leather case (remember when we actually used paper to keep track of appointments!) for now untill a proper flip case becomes available (also at a reasonable price). I may give the DVD case idea a go now too to see which is better.
