Lately I have been pondering the same dilemma. Made a conscious decision in January to read more books in 2010. Wanted to better keep up with the many books available, especially from the monthly Baen packages.
Have, in fact, read more books year-to-date than in prior years. Some of the additional book reading time came from less TV, a good thing. However, some came from neglecting other activities.
