Yes, its interesting that we got a second round of cancellation notices. My guess is that the first ones were human written, and the second round was done by something automatic (thus its claim that "one or more of the items that you ordered has been cancelled either at your request or because the item(s) are not available"--since neither of those things are actually true).
No e-voucher received as of a few seconds ago (I assume it would come via email). I wonder if its because I'm getting a physical card (I'm in the US though), if I'm later on a list, or if they're welching. I'll find out eventually, I guess.
