Crossing my fingers.
Everything seems to be back on track for the sale of my mother's house. The house was appraised at well more than the buyers offered (of course), so they've been approved for their loan. Barring any unforeseen complications the sale will close on Friday. Which means my mother and I will be driving down to Vegas on Sunday to look at rentals.
