I would like to share with those who are interested briefly what my study was all about.
Essentially, the objective of the study was to develop and test out a framework for innovative product development. And my proposed direction was to take cues from users' needs in order to derive innovative products. I had to test out my proposed method on a case study, for which I chose the e-book reader. And that's where the interviews came in, to help me better understand the needs of you, the users.
