OK then... if you really can't avoid pushing the 'freeze' button, all I can offer you is older firmware... I really can't see how it can get any worse, so the alternative treatment might help. Post here or send me a PM/board message if you are interested.
One more thing: Except Astak, every other (AFAIK) product on the market is coming from Hanlin, so if you try the BeBook forum there is a bigger chance you get help.
