i like the advice. i am going to try the cold water thing. the moment to put this to the test will be when i go to work tomorrow (rather today). i am so in the habit of gogin out every two hours for a smoke. almost like a release to look forward to. now i have to drudge on the full 10 hours... ugh.
i think it helps not telling anyone what you are trying to do for the first two months because if you relapse its such a disappointment for everyone involved. i have made it a point to announce that I have been smoke free for two months, instead that I am trying to be smoke free...
