This sounds great, and I'm tempted! I would like to clarify something though - I've looked at the dimensions of the 5" device, but it's hard to visualize the numbers. I had to find a book that's close to the dimensions of the reader, but all of them were at least several centimeters larger. I finally took a piece of A4 paper, folded it twice and measured it.

It turns out that the folded piece of paper is 5mm wider than the device, and 4mm shorter. Is this an accurate representation? If it is, it seems terribly small to me, and my eyesight is not what it used to be.

I'm asking since I originally wanted to get a 9" reader, but it seems those with Sipix screens will not be available until the second half of this year. It's a long time for me to wait since I have a massive amount of files to read for my postgrad and I can't keep printing them. Most of them are academic pdfs, and they don't have many formulas and such, but do sometimes have illustrations.

My decision also depends on whether there's something else I'll have to spend money on and I won't know until some time tomorrow. Cutting it close!
