Good, while it's not the best solution at least you can run the macro. If the dev version does not fix this problem. You can create your own button and attach it to the macro. It's real easy to do, this is done by right clicking on your toolbar icons and selecting "Customize...". Then selecting the "Commands" tab.
In the categories there is a "Macros" option. Then select the correct macro. Make sure your "Save in:" drop down box points to the "BookCreator.dot" template.
