Hi Askyn,
Is "download options" a new 2010 concept? Do you mean it is disabled?
I've found MS Word exhibit weird behavior when it has problems loading macros. At one point I also had my own "WrdWrap Fix" disabled. The problem had nothing to do with word wrap but completely new code.
Another way to run the macro
Try running the macro from word from the Marco manager. The "WrdWrapFix" button calls the "eBookWordWrapFix_FixPar" macro. You can run virtually all the BC macros from the Manager. In MS Word 2003 you get to the manager from hitting "Tools| Macros | Macro ..." or by hitting the "Alt+F8" combo.
Select the "eBookWordWrapFix_FixPar" macro and see if it works.
Also you can try my latest dev version.
Try the model I am currently using see if it fixes your problem. This version does use the ePublisher so you will need to have it installed. (I see you have an eB1150 so you might have ePublisher installed already)
