Many, many thanks for the feedback, Zelda, Worldwaker, Hamlet, Skydog, Dreams, Nohmi2, KThom, Katti's Cat, Geoff and Astra. Working solo from a one-man home office can be kinda lonely at times, so the occasional pat on the back from cyberpals is more than welcome -- as is thoughtful and constructive criticism.

I'll get my technical partner, Tony Szmuk in Canada, to read your comments, Worldwalker, and I'll get back to you on the points you raise. Sorry about the broken link, Geoff. I'll ask Tony about that, too. There's still some fine-tuning to do since the site was made over, but we'll get there.

As for ebook formats, we're working our way -- more or less backwards -- through the entire BB catalogue to offer ePub as well as PDF. Then we'll start on Mobi. Then ... well, then we'll see.

Meantime, Smashwords carries all our titles (same price) in nine formats. We find, though, that their 'meat-grinder' auto-conversion system doesn't always produce a perfect result, so we're keen to spent time on each individual conversion in-house and deal directly with third-party retailers. This is no criticism of Mark Coker and Smashwords. They do a terrific job for small publishers and independent authors.

Thanks again, folks. Best wishes. Neil
