Rule number one... No smoking before Noon. That helped to cut down the number before I actually really stopped altogether. It also made me find ways to fill in my mornings without a smoke, whilst knowing that I could satisfy that craving once 12.00 O'clock came.

oh ack I don't know if I could have gotten through the morning coffee ritual without a cigarette! when I was teaching skiing and staying on the mountain, I would make my coffee and go outside and sit in the snow to have my morning smoke and cuppa!
