B&N's ePub DRM isn't compatible with devices that use Adobe's standard Adept DRM (except for the Nook which works with both). In the future that may change as Adobe is adding B&N's method too it's ADE products eventually, but then it'll be up to device manufacturers to offer an updated firmware.
