heehee ! i just finished telling you about it actually.
here is what i said :
you will be happy to know that the asparagus risotto was absolutely delicious. the rice was creamy, the asparagus was tender and fresh and cooked just enough but not too much, and it was served with giant slivers of parmesan scattered on the top which melted into the rice and sent their perfume through every mouthful. i'll definitely have to go back there again, it's worth it !
just thinking about it is making me hungry, actually.
