The box should contain the prepaid shipping label, plenty of bubblewrap, and instructions, which basically tell you to back up your content, pack your PRS-500 in the middle of the box, slap the prepaid label over the old label, seal it up, and either bring it to the local UPS store or call UPS for a pickup.

The second upgrade is so worth it in terms of restoring the unit's battery life, and Sony will give you a $10 credit at the Reader Store for your trouble.

If there's no label in the box, call Sony service at 877-552-7669.
