I hate this competition

. I remember that my mother had Ellery Queen novels and said to me you could always solve the crime yourself. Well, I couldn't and now I feel the same as then, haven't got a clue

.
By the way, does anyone have noticed Ellery Queen novels as ebook, then I can take some practice and solve this mystery in a year time and try not to look at the solution before that.
