Oh I agree with you 100%.
As long as Flash is so prevalent, I won't buy any hardware that I plan to browse the web with that doesn't support it as I lose access to too many sites, videos, games etc. currently.
I want Flash support. I want the option to just avoid sites that annoy me with it. Or the option to block it and only allow it on sites I choose etc.
Things should ideally be as open as possible and leave as many options as possible to the end user.
