Rather than starting a new thread I decided to resurrect this old one.

I have a swag of fb2 files I've created by using calibre to convert from epub. The files work great except chapter headings are styled just like normal paragraph text. What I am wanting is to have the chapter headings in bold.

Now I used the fb2.css from the crengine website and that solved the problem, but created another, page turns went from a fraction of a second to 4-5 seconds, so obviously there is an issue with the fb2.css file I used.

So, can someone post their fb2.css files that work flawlessly on the PP without the issue I'm experiencing of page turns? Alternatively is there another option to have to chapter headings display as bold, perhaps forcing Calibre to do something magical?

In the .fb2 files the chapter headings are surrounded by the strong /strong tags, so the solution I am after is one that does not involve editing each individual file by hand (I have a few).
