I agree with Harry: If you buy a reader now, you'll find a better deal in December. If you buy one in December, you'll find a better deal next May. Same difference, except that you'll have had six more months to enjoy reading.
I have a Sony PRS-505. I'm in no hurry to replace it. I thought it was worth buying when I bought it. It still does what I bought it to do. So why should I be unhappy that there are other devices that do different things available now?
