Exactly! Assuming Verencat is telling the truth and can count, there were 10 plus pshrynk. So who wasn't there? I'm thinking probably the penguin, who was seen running toward the area of the suite just before the hubbub started... Or maybe Zelda, who left for Rock Lobster's office even before the crime happened - as she was obviously in on it!
