That's exactly what I do.
I find the buttons for turning pages a disaster - both esthatically and ergonomically.
But turning pages by briefly moving your wrist works like a charme.
I've got mine about 2 weeks ago and the respective version of FBReader came pre-installed.
The only downside: FBReader doesn't process DRMed files.
