Downloading Covers

The majority of the books I'm going to be putting into Calibre are ones I have cut apart and scanned into PDF files. When I import a book into Calibre and edit the meta data, I often hit "Download Cover" to see if I can get a better looking cover (some of my books were well worn when I bought them). Sometimes, the downloaded cover looks worse than the one I already had. I have been exiting the edit meta data screen without saving and reopening it to get rid of the downloaded cover and restore the original one.

Is there an easier way to do this?
