My Kindle 2 arrived yesterday and I was surprised I could access any website via the experimental browser over wireless.

Is this a change (I've read only Wikipedia is accessible) or should I expect a bill at the end of the month? There was no warning of possible charges and the browser shipped with links to external websites. My account is registered as Canadian.
