A quick check shows that although fictionwise might have been successful is restoring access to some books that have already been sold, they've made little to no progress in putting books back on sale.
A quick check shows that they still have under 46,000 titles in their store. And they've now removed "Secure Mobipocket" from the list of formats on the sidebar and in pop-up menus on the sales pages.
