Add the file to the root directory, eject the kindle, home, menu, settings, Update your Kindle.
If the Update Your Kindle option is greyed out and you can't select it then the file isn't the one you need in particular.

I don't how long it will stay up... but here it is...
drop.io is a free service, giving you 100MB of free space. the only kicker is that you have remember your d/l name, which is a random string (ex. "d2f89a2kjk")
