No, let me explain. It's not the wireless fee. Literally when I went to the Amazon website, the books weren't listed as free. They were 2 bucks or something. That's to download through the internet. When I changed my region to U.S., everything was fine. Books were free again. It must've based my region on my proxy or whatever. Wish they wouldn't assume.
