I have done LendMe with some people. Somehow I ended up with a lot of lendable books.

There are 3 ways you can do the exchanges: through your Library at the B&N website, through the B&N PC App, or through the nook. There is some bug that happens if you have a problem downloading the book with the nook; it will disappear from your account and supposedly reverts to the lender after 7 days as if you did not accept the loan. I have not encountered this bug when using the PC app. I have encountered it twice out of 3 loans when using the nook. I haven't tried the website yet. But what happens is when you accept using any interface and it *works*, the book gets added to your library (and after that gets automatically downloaded to your nook) and you can open it for 14 days. After 14 days it is still there but you have to buy it to open it. I guess if you want it gone for good you have to delete it.

You can return a book early from LendMe using the App or Website, but I haven't seen an option to do that on the nook.
