Question for those with 2.5 update
After you've created some collections....

Do you have any new files / folders on your kindle? If you load one of the books from the Kindle into Calibre, does Calibre see any difference in the metadata?

I'm curious what method Amazon is using to track the collections, and whether there's a way to apply those collections from outside the Kindle.
