Agreed, ideally I need a screen an inch or so bigger as I do read a good bit of 2-3 column A4 PDFs on a regular basis.
Skiff has the screen size right, but e-ink SUCKS for research work. Just too damn slow for flipping through articles etc. Que will have that problem and I'm pretty sure it's only got a 9.7" screen.
Also it's damn pricey. No way I'd pay more for a large screen dedicated reader than what the iPad costs as I want a multi function tablet that I can do more than read on.
So it's just a matter of waiting for an lcd tablet with a feature set more up my alley to come out. Or eventually settling for an iPad if nothing better comes out in the next year or so.
