I did find one at FreewarePalm called Jotter that's pretty good, but there's no easy way to get info in from the PC. I think that the best solution may be MobileDB, which I already have. I can upgrade it to connect to MS Access and though it's not as easy as a hotsync, I can dump the databases back and forth. (And if I go over to the dark side, I can carry my database with me.) Text entry on the Palm is just not good enough to write more than a few lines!
