When I get an LCD tablet--be it settling for an iPad, or someone else making one that better fits my need, I'll have little to know use for my Kindle.

I don't get any eye strain reading on my girlfriend's iPad--or on my laptop or desktop with LED backlit screens (form factor just sucks for reading on them). But of course I'm far from an avid reader and rarely read for more than an hour at a time.

Excluding reading for work (college professor) and that's mostly A4 or close sized PDFs which don't work on the Kindle anyway, and e-ink is ill suited for that type of reading as it's too slow for flipping through documents.
