I've only used my JBL with epub, mobi and eReader DRM. The Epub and mobi has slightly wider spaces between each line. I like the tighter spacing on the eReader pdb files, but honestly either is fine. I've read a couple of novels in each format and had no issues.

Currently I'm completely in love with the JBL. Best reading experience I have ever had. Any minor quirks of the reader are far outweighted by the great screen, great format support and the fact I can group all my books on an SD card the way I want to. Also the $99 price I paid for it was awesome. Any doubts I had about not getting a Nook are gone. This is a great reader at less than half the cost of a Nook or Kindle. Glad I didn't pay for wireless support I would never use.
