Let the OP fight his own battles, as many have pointed out, Flash not working was well known. Buying an iPad and then complaining about lack of Flash makes one look, rather foolish.
I'll be curious to see screen shots of the Disney site on a Nexus (or any other Android based) phone, because I know it sure as hell won't look like the full desktop screenshot. I expect you to be complaining in the appropriate forums that those phones don't give the full experience as well. At least Disney took the trouble to code up an iPad site. Can anyone post screen shots of Disney's site from an Android phone?
Since we know you have no intentions of buying an iPad, what is your motivation behind the constant bashing of the device? Really, I'd like to know. What keeps you coming back to this Apple forum to constantly bash Apple, Jobs, the iPad, h.264, HTML5 and champion Flash?
