Exactly! I would have had little Timmy watching home movies of his victims at play inter-spaced with pictures of their mangled bodies and videos of the cries of their tormented parents non-stop 24 hours a day right up to the moment of his execution had it been in my power. Such monsters have renounced their right to membership in the human race.
