However, the Gleason Grading (needle biopsy) would only be required if that first test indicated problems (similar to yours - tests indicate whether further tests are required). So, I've no results, nor any reason to expect any bad ones, other than regular paranoia.

Do it every year Marc. The sooner you catch anything....... well you know.
My Dad is just coming through the last of hormone therapy. The first lot of radiation is like 15 biopsies that don't come out for 2 days.
Poor old bar*d won't be himself for another 6 months.
